Office Staff Information     The professional staff at Dr. Haverbush's office is a highly trained group of medical and administrative personnel who have in many instances worked at the office for more than 20 years. They do their own individual work with a high degree of dedication and skill.     The staff is constantly upgrading their skills by attending professional meetings and seminars.     Regular office meetings are held to improve the many ways we serve our patients. There are always new things to learn and new ways to help our patients with their medical and administrative needs.     Staff Bios     Bea      Carole      Cyndee      Jill      Monica      Patrick           Beatrice - Office Nurse     Bea has been the office nurse for over 18 years. She closely assists Dr. Haverbush in all aspects of patient care.     Originally from New York City, Bea and her family have lived in Alma for 25 years. She enjoys gardening, golf and travel with her husband. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren which they enjoy spoiling.     ^^Back to top^^                    Carole - Office Manager     Carole is the office manager of Dr. Haverbush's office having joined the practice in 1975. Carole has been a pivotal reason for the success of the office over the last thirty years and has introduced many innovations to the office operation.     She is a graduate of Western Michigan University. Carole is married and has one son.     Please don't hesitate to ask to speak to Carole about any aspect of the office operation including your insurance matters.     ^^Back to top^^                    Cyndee - Receptionist     Cyndee is a receptionist in our office. Her Primary responsibilities are assisting patients and scheduling procedures.     Cyndee lives in Vestaburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys camping, scrap booking and attending her children's high school events     ^^Back to top^^                    Jill - X-Ray Technologist     Jill has been the X-Ray technologist for the office since 1993. She performs the X-Ray exams for Dr. Haverbush's patients and oversees all X-Ray related business.     Jill is married and has one son. She and her family live in Ithaca and enjoy snowmobiling in the Winter and boating and water skiing in the Summer months.     ^^Back to top^^                    Monica - Medical Biller     Monica is the Medical Biller of the office who joined the practice in 1979. With more than twenty five years of experience, starting at the front office, she sends the claims to the various insurance companies, and tracks their progress.     Numerous other important administrative responsibilities make Monica an invaluable member of the office administrative team.     She and her husband have two sons and enjoy golf and family gatherings in the summer, and high school sporting events in the fall and winter.     ^^Back to top^^                    J. Patrick, B.S., PA-C.     Pat is a certified Physician's Assistant who joined the office staff in 1984. Pat's education was received at Wayne State University and Western Michigan University. He directly assists Dr. Haverbush in evaluation of patients, making hospital rounds, applying casts, writing prescriptions, and several other office duties. Pat has developed an expert ability to interpret and evaluate X-Ray studies which is a very large part of any Orthopaedic Surgery practice.     Pat is married and has two sons.     ^^Back to top^^
