Doctor Bio     Thomas J. Haverbush, M.D., P.C.       Dr. Haverbush was born in Toledo, Ohio, received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toledo and received his Medical degree from the University of Michigan.     Dr. Haverbush came to Alma, Michigan in November 1974 to join the practice of Dr. John F. Williamson.     Dr. Haverbush had previously been in private practice in Cleveland, Ohio after finishing his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio.     The practice has grown and evolved over the years since 1974. The office staff has increased remarkably but the scope of the practice has changed even more in that most of the things we now do were not even available in 1974!     What has never changed is the office's dedication to always treat our patients with the respect and consideration that we would give to our own family. If it weren't for our patients' needs, it wouldn't be necessary for us to be here. Dr. Haverbush has held this appointment since 1978.     CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY     Dr. Haverbush and Mr. J. Patrick Finn, PAC, have a teaching affiliation with the Physician Assistant program at Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. They regularly provide orthopaedic surgery training to students who choose this elective as part of their education. The students are with Dr. Haverbush and Mr. Finn in the office as well as Gratiot Community Hospital.
